This is amazing for our NICU baby! Once we brought her home she was use to being snuggled and in a confined space and this was perfect for her! Very soft, but sturdy too! I love how I can bring it anywhere!
I received this cup and it was leaking terribly. Shortly after, I was notified it was assembled wrong. I then contacted customer service which was hell. The person who called me back demanded I send her a video of my daughter getting saturated by her faulty cup. She then agreed to send me a new straw but was convinced her product was perfect and I was crazy. The new straw has been received the cup still leaks and on top of that the straw seems to loose suction and just stops working. Save your money!!! Someone should also tell this company about customer service because they lack it!!!!
The colic issue was gone but the bottle nipple spilled to much while eating. Had to stop using it after just 2 days of getting them.
I loved how easy it was to use and very gentle my son absolutely loves it and will continue to use it. there isn't anything about the bottle i didn't like.
