I used to rave about this product and their customer service until lately. I ordered some bottles and my son is 9 mo so moved him to stage 2 but the nipple keeps collapsing and he's getting milk all over the place so I'm going back to the stage 1. Well I put in an order for new nipples and a week has gone by and I have only received an email saying that my order was confirmed. I've called the 800# no one ever answers and I've wrote an email which no one has replied to. When you pay to have somthing shipped to you between 3-7 days you expect. If not you expect someone at that company to be there to explain what is going on. Instead they now get a negative review.
This is amazing for our NICU baby! Once we brought her home she was use to being snuggled and in a confined space and this was perfect for her! Very soft, but sturdy too! I love how I can bring it anywhere!
My son was born 12/4/18 at 36 weeks and weighed 5lbs 13oz. At first the hospital didn't want him having a paci due to him being a preemie. They said it could cause nipple confusion (he's breastfed) and could cause problems with his suck/swallow/breathing reflex due to his gestation. We ended up having to give him a paci but the hospital ones were too big for his face and he constantly spit it out. I tried this one and he took to it right away. He has not had any nipple confusion and it actually helped his suck reflex. They stay in his mouth and are just the right size. I highly recommend these pacifiers. MiMi is even buying him some for her house.
We love this sippy cup, super lightweight and very easy to take a part and clean. The material in the straw holds up to my toddlers knawing which is a huge plus.
