My 3 month old enjoys the bottle. Easy for him to learn to hold. He used to spit up but hasn't since using this bottle. All the bottles melted though when I put them on the top rack in the dishwasher and also melted while in my micro steam clean bag. I have other bottles and none of them melted.
It is very hard for my 2yr old to suck on it .. I tried and you really need to work.. some ppl think it's great I believe it should not be that tough for kid
The opening in the straw rips easily and causes it to leak
I have worked in dentistry for years and I have seen what pacis and bottles do to children's pallets. I wanted a good paci and bottle that would grow with my child and no cause the pallet to widen too quickly. I'm so glad I found ilo! I have been using ilo since my baby was born. I have tried giving him other pacis to see if he would take them and he spits them right out. He's a ilo baby through and through! From pacis to bottles to wash cloths he loves it all. My only suggestion is, I wish there were more neutral pacis colors like the grey and white glow in the dark in all the version of the pacis they have to offer. The blue and bright yellow are a little much sometimes. It's nice to have a more neutral color to match more outfits and not be so bright.
I love these!! My son has been using MAM pacifiers since he was born. Big sister used Avent ones. It seems like these are the perfect mix between the two. Still have the handle for easy use in a pacifier clip and the MAM nipple shape, but a little flatter. My son loves them and now prefers them over any others.
This is a well designed soother. The company as done extensive research. The engineers designed the pacifiers to promote the suck, swallow, and breathe reflexes specific to newborns. So far my newborn has enjoyed the pacifier.
