My baby prefers laying down versus sitting in his rocker so I was really excited to try this out. The baby lounger was bigger than I expected but that's a plus since my baby is on the taller side. The cover can be removed and washed which is necessary for keeping it clean. There are even mesh pockets along one side for convenient holding of burp cloths or a bottle. The other side has a cloth handle for easy carrying and the entire thing is fairly lightweight. I've been using this all around the house and it's really convenient‰ÛÓI hated having to move the rocker from room to room. The lounger itself is super comfortable and has raised edges to keep the baby in place. I wish I had an adult sized one for myself! ilo makes some great products.
The opening in the straw rips easily and causes it to leak
I am a ilo mama and I have a ilo baby!!!! We love ALL of the ilo products.. my son is 14 months and uses everything. I hate that he's getting older so we're going to start weening him off the pacifier and bottles but I love it, I recommend it to all the new mommy's I know. Might not be convenient but soooo worth it!
I love that this pacifier is light weight, soft, easy to clean and easy to sanitize. My 2 weeks early newborn has a strong desire to suck and this was the only pacifier he could take in his mouth without gagging. Its also the only pacifier he could keep in his mouth without it falling out. I like that the nipple is shaped completely different than a bottle or a breast. I just wish that they would make this pacifier for older babies. I know he will never transition to ilo's other style pacifier and I am personally not a fan of the plastic parts on the other style. Would love to see this in other color options too.
Initially my newborn rejected these pacifiers, but at around 4 weeks old, he embraced them. As a parent, I like them better than most newborn pacifiers because they are easier for him to hold in his mouth because of the handle on them. The only thing about that is, is be nervous to let him sleep with it because of that same extra piece, since it could be a choking hazard. They are great pacifiers for during the day when he's supervised though. I would purchase these pacifiers again and recommend them to friends. I'm grateful to have received them for free in exchange for this review, because I was not previously aware of them.
